Bad service stories aren’t just for complaints or to see who has the worst customer experience story.  The mission of this site is to bring awareness of service standards to the companies mentioned.  Hopefully, they will either be inspired to keep doing the great job they’ve been doing or will try to do something different.

We’ve all had the unhelpful clerk who was more interested in his or her text messages than helping us find what we’re looking for.  Let’s learn how to do our jobs to our best ability and encourage those around us to do the same.

Yes, there are crappy customers out there.  But, unfortunately there are worse customer service representatives.  Let’s change how we serve each other.
